Using our website and security
By accessing and using our website at www.techcontractsonline.com including the “Contractor Portal” option and CV upload form on our website and/or providing your written consent to us by email, you are agreeing to be bound by the current Terms and Conditions of use including any relevant local and national laws. You are entirely responsible for any activity that occurs on our website . If you would like to register your details with us, you will be required to upload your CV on our website and to complete an online form. If you are successfully shortlisted for a role, we will request your written consent by email and forward on your application to the recruiter (our Client). You agree that you will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use and/or any other breach of security during the use of our website.
Privacy policy and data protection
Tech Contracts Online gathers and uses data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please review our Privacy and Cookies Policy for more information on how we use your information and your data protection rights. Tech Contracts Online will process your data securely and transparently in accordance with our policy. Where we share your data, we have a written agreement with the recipient to ensure that your data is held securely and in line with UK GDPR requirements.
User conduct of website

A contract between you and Tech Contracts Online will only exist if you are an actual or potential Client or Candidate of ours or a website Visitor.
Your details:
In order to register your CV and personal details with us, you will be able to do this via the “Contractor Portal” button on our website. We will require relevant personal information including your full name, email address, industry experience and contact number. We will then reach out if you have been shortlisted to request your written consent via email.
If the Candidate is content to proceed with the above, they are giving full consent to us for their CV to be stored and shared within our network of recruiters and Clients.
The Candidate is solely responsible for managing, updating and maintaining their details with us. The Client must also ensure that they keep their details up to date and complete at all times. This also includes ensuring all information provided to us is up to date and accurate. We will not be held liable for any inaccuracies or errors.
If you are a potential Client, we will collect your details solely for the purpose of establishing contact with you following receipt of an enquiry or request. These details will be securely stored within our network. For actual Clients, we have a separate terms of service agreement, supplemental to the terms of this agreement.
If the Candidate, Client or potential Client wishes to withdraw consent at any time and/or wishes for us to delete their data, they must send us their request to info@techcontractsonline.com.

Advertising and marketing
Tech Contracts Online reserves the right at all times to place advertisements and marketing campaigns on the website.
